FOR THERAPISTS · GILLIOUS SOLER, LCSW
Sometimes it helps to talk a question through with another therapist.
I offer individual and small-group professional consultation on trauma case formulation, clinical documentation, and the practical challenges of private practice. Bring a focused question or a challenge you would like to think through together.

WHAT WE CAN DISCUSS
Consider how trauma history, current symptoms, coping responses, and relationships may inform a formulation. We can discuss treatment goals and questions about your approach, using de-identified information.
Strengthen the clarity and organization of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. We can consider how documentation reflects your clinical reasoning and the care actually provided.
Talk through organization, platform workflows, scheduling, and practice operations within my experience. We can identify practical next steps for a specific challenge.
A FOCUSED QUESTION
A shorter appointment for one defined concern, such as a documentation question or a specific workflow issue. Let me know the general topic beforehand so we can decide whether this length is suitable.
TIME TO THINK IT THROUGH
Recommended for a fuller trauma case-formulation discussion, several connected questions, or a more detailed documentation consultation. This gives us more time for context, discussion, and next steps.
SMALL-GROUP CONSULTATION
Think through clinical questions with colleagues in a facilitated discussion. The proposed format is four to six therapists, with a defined topic and time for shared reflection. Topics may include trauma case formulation, treatment planning, or documentation.
Contact me to express interest or ask about arranging a group for your practice. Dates are confirmed when a suitable group forms; expressing interest does not reserve a place or require payment.
Ask about a consultation groupSHARED DISCUSSION, CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Participants use de-identified information and agree to respect confidentiality. Confidentiality by other participants cannot be guaranteed. We confirm the scope, participation expectations, fee, and cancellation terms before enrollment.
These meetings are consultation, not clinical supervision or accredited continuing education. Each clinician remains responsible for their own care decisions.
DOCUMENTATION CONSULTATION FOR PRACTICES
A defined project for a practice seeking clearer, more consistent clinical documentation. The starting package includes up to 30 minutes of review of one de-identified template or sample, followed by a 30-minute feedback conversation and brief written recommendations.
We can look at organization, clinical reasoning, goals and objectives, or the connection between the assessment, treatment plan, and progress note. We agree on the document’s length and scope before booking. Larger projects are quoted separately; additional work requires your agreement.
Use de-identified materials only and agree on an appropriate transfer method with me before sending anything. Do not email identifiable client records. Feedback supports documentation quality; it does not certify compliance, guarantee payment, or replace your practice’s policies or professional responsibilities.
Discuss a documentation reviewBEFORE WE MEET
This is professional consultation, not formal clinical supervision, psychotherapy, or an accredited continuing-education course. It does not count toward licensure supervision hours. You retain responsibility for your clinical decisions and any required supervisory arrangements.
Bring a focused question and use de-identified information only. Do not send client names, identifiable records, or sensitive case details through ordinary email or text. We will discuss preparation before meeting; do not upload or send client records through this website.
Contact me with your preferred service or appointment length, general topic, and availability. Before you pay, we confirm the scope, appointment, payment method, and cancellation terms. Appointments are subject to availability; same-day scheduling is not guaranteed. This professional service is separate from the free consultation offered to prospective therapy clients.
Consultation stays within my expertise. It does not replace emergency support, legal or tax advice, formal supervision, or specialist care. Documentation discussions do not guarantee reimbursement, audit outcomes, or legal compliance. If a question falls outside my scope, we can discuss a more appropriate resource.
